The NDSU Bookstore service department is certified for Dell and Apple hardware repair. We provide warranty service for Apple computers and Dell computers purchased with On-Site Warranty. If you purchased your computer directly from Dell or purchased a Mail-In Warranty, you must contact Dell directly for warranty service. You can contact Dell at 1-800-999-3355. For Apple warranty service you can bring your computer into the NDSU Bookstore or contact Apple at 1-800-767-2775. All iPod repairs must be done directly through Apple by calling 1-800-767-2775.

Click on Software Downloads and enter your NDSU username and password to access available software. NDSU provides Microsoft Security Essentials as an acceptable antivirus solution for Windows and ClamXav for Mac OSX.

The NDSU Bookstore Service Department does not backup data and is not responsible for data loss. It is your responsibility to back up your own data before you bring your machine to us for service.
We do not repair printers. For printer repair contact the manufacturer of the printer, or consult the yellow pages for a repair depot near you.
